I had a hail storm hit my neighborhood area in may of 2024. I called toucan and very quickly jared a employee showed up to inspect my home.He was courteous, knowledgeable and very thorough when accessing the damage not only on the roof but the entire property. He led me through the process of filing a claim as well as meeting with my insurance company's adjuster to point out things that needed repair so nothing was missed. Everything he listed was fixed and turned out looking great. I was very happy with the quality of work that jared and toucan provided. The entire process was smooth and worry free.

I live in the Arbors. I was referred to Toucan by several of my neighbors who have used them more than once for a new roof. Since my neighbors had really good things to say about them and they are located on Broad street, I decided to try them. They did a great job! After they were done I received a roof certificate. I'm getting substantial reduction of my homeowners insurance premiums for having replaced my roof with an impact resistant (Class 4) roof shingle. I had never heard of that type of shingle. Toucan explained the differences and I'm very glad I chose to upgrade!
