I wouldn't call them... my father who is older and retired called them out to fix his unit and it needed alot of parts so he paid them over 10k for a brand new unit at the end of April. They came to install the end of May and the unit didn't even work through June. They came out and are saying all the coils have to be replaced and it's going to be August before the parts are in. My father paid for a brand new unit not a Frankenstein unit which is what they are doing. They need to refund my father or give him a brand new unit which is what he paid for not a parts unit. So my family has over 10k out on a new unit and we have been all summer with no working a/c. They brought 2 window units out we live in a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom 2 living room house that won't keep but 1 room cool... so on top o

They are a good company but are very very slow with repairs, it takes them a week or longer to replace a part. they dont give updates i could of ordered the part and been here the next day .

Touchstone (now Snyder) has always done a great job maintaining our HVAC system but they just finished a repair job, replacing the ductwork and I am impressed. One of the team even grabbed a can of wasp spray and took care of at least two nests for me. Above and beyond!!

From my initial call to Ann Marie with and immediate in house scheduled inspection and quote with you Mark (Owner). I also want to give huge shot out to Toby, Ronald and Jareth amongst others that came to my house today and replaced my AC UNIT and moved to my desired location, installed insulation in my attic thru my whole house and gave me crash course and pointers on how to maintain my AC unit. Brandon was extremely nice! So very professional and thorough! We're very wet out here and he was consistent about putting the "footies" on when coming in and out! That's very much appreciated!! He had to install a surge protector and explained everything about it's operation and then showed me where it was going to be installed on my power box. Beyond happy with Brandon and will request him from now on. He's a tremendous asset to Touchstone Heating and Air Inc!!
