This is a great company. They have taken care of my septic tank for a few years. JEFF, the service technician, does my septic tank maintenance, etc., and always does an awesome job. It’s nice to find a company that cares about its products and work.

Having never done a large concrete pour I must say I was a little nervous. When I called the front desk connected me to miss. Cathy, she was very helpful and honest with me and helped me choose the right product and amount for my project. When the day came for the pour the first diver (I can't recall his name) did a fine job getting us started. The the second truck came, Denny was the driver and I can't say enough good things about his knowledge and absolute helpfulness. He really made the job come together and help us make it look very professional. He also helped and was able to articulate his truck to help us use the little bit of extra concrete. Truly a great man and company. I will most serenely reccomend them to others and will use them again in future. Thanks again!

Hired Towers Concrete to deliver concrete to a job site. Upon delivery, the driver was backing up the truck with the chute up. He misjudged the distance and struck the building with the chute. After striking the building, he did not take the truck out of reverse and while attempting to move, struck the building a second time. Their supervisor was called and came to the job site. He took a picture and said they were not responsible. I called the company repeatedly to attempt to speak with the owner. Finally received a call back after 10 days. When I asked if they were going to take responsibility for the repair, the owner stated “I’m not going to do anything “. When their insurance company was contacted, they told me that Towers denied that the incident had ever happened. I would no longer

I was truly pleased with how fast they had my order ready. Plus I want to thank the woman who return some money that was over paid by mistake. They have my business from now on. Thanks.

Very responsive and friendly. We had an issue with earth settling issue wiht the septic system they installed and they were out fixing 24 hours later over a weekend. Thank you.
