Overall, great experience with Tower Roofing! While Enrico was working on my neighbor’s roof, he talked to me and showed me pictures of some of my shingles blown off my roof top. I asked him if he would be able to repair those shingles right away. He said no problem, and immediately started the work on my roof. After the repair was completed, he took some pictures which showed the nice finishes on my roof. The service was excellent. Enrico was very professional and knowledgeable, and finished the work promptly and properly. The processes from the initial estimate to invoice to payment were very smooth. I would work with him again, and recommend him and his company for any roof work in the future!

Great experience working with Enrico. I brought him in to get a second opinion after having another roofer quote me a big number for some roof repairs. Enrico determined that the repairs needed were actually less extensive than what the other guy had told me I needed, and the root cause of the problem was actually a relatively simple ventilation issue, not an issue with the roof itself. I was very impressed with his honesty, as he could have just taken on the larger job, pocketed the extra money, and I wouldn't have known any better. In fact, when the day came to get the work done he even figured out a more efficient way to get the venting done and ended up saving me like 80 bucks in materials. He ended up finishing the job ahead of schedule and under budget, and did a really nice quality

After meeting with six different roofers for estimates we decided to go with Enrico at Towers Roofing. Throughout the process of providing the quote and completing the work Enrico kept in communication, letting us know how soon he'd be available to begin and how quickly the work could get done. This was particularly important since the work was being done in January and snow and ice were real possibilities. The work was done quickly and to a high standard and we're very happy with how it looks, as well as the reduction in our cooling bill this summer. When we had a concern about possible damage Enrico came out the same day to have a look and assure us that it was in fact a piece of the neighbor's siding and not part of our roof that blew off in a storm.
