My wife and I came home last night after 30 days in Florida to our house with the heater not working and our place at 53°. I called Jack at Townsend plumbing at 9 o’clock at night , he answered his phone and was willing to send someone out immediately. We declined on that offer and we’re happy that someone was there At least by 7 AM the following morning. By 8 o’clock our house was back at 69°. Exceptional service, friendly technician, and impeccable customer service. I would highly recommend them for your Heating And Cooling needs. From the first moment I called Towlson Plumbing and Heating, I had a great experience through a not great situation. The ancient heating system in an empty house stopped working on the coldest day of the winter. I live an hour away and started calling businesses in Lockport to resolve the problem.
