I received my first garage service with Mr. Dale around 7 years ago. This past weekend one of the springs broke so I called and got an estimate on the cost. He gave me the price and we booked the appointment. Well, when he put my address in his software, he said I had a warranty and I didn’t have to pay anything. I had a great experience with Town & Country Garage Door Repair! I called them to come replace the broken spring on my garage door. To my surprise, he informed me that the spring was still under warranty, so he did not charge me anything. He wouldn't even take a tip from me. Additionally, his response time was quick, and the quality of his job was great and fast. We will continue to use them on future garage door repairs, and highly recommend them!!
