We had a chimney fire a few weeks ago and needed several repairs to our chimneys. We needed to have all flues cleaned and inspected and had the smoke chamber cleaned and recoated with Smoktite ceramic coating. We also needed to have repairs on our fireplace flue and have both of our 3 flue chimneys repaired. One was a partial rebuild and the other was a tear down and rebuild. We have a history with Town and Country Chimney service that goes back to the original install 17 yrs. ago. The owner Rick, field manager Rocky and whole crew of workers were professional. courteous and extremely qualified in getting everything back to working order. Town & Country Chimney Services performed an inspection, sweep and replacement of refractory panels on my 20-year-old Majestic wood-burning fireplace earlier today. I am extremely pleased with Rick’s attention to detail and expertise and thank him for walking me through each step of the process. He and his tenured staff member, Valentino, were both professional, courteous and very thorough in their work, and left my home in spotless condition! Kelly fielded my call and scheduled the appointment quickly. Rick and Dylan arrived on time with a call beforehand to let me know they were on their way. Both were friendly, polite, honest and hard working, completing the inspection and cleaning in about an hour. Terrific service and fair price, appreciate the good work and good people!

Rick and his crew were very professional and did a great job cleaning our two pellet stoves and chimney. He also waterproofed our chimney. All in all a very positive experience.

Town and Country did a chimney inspection for us. My wife and I were very impressed by the fact that the owner of the company arrived exactly when he said he would, did an extremely thorough job, and did not rush through it. After he was finished he provided a step by step explanation of his findings, that was easy to understand even though it involved technical matters. He offered clear recommendations that made perfect sense to us. It is rare these days to find the same combination of experience, customer service, common sense, and patient, clear explanation.
