Town & Country Restoration

I really can’t keep this to myself any longer. T&C installed my flooring 1 year ago. I told the owner, Shannon that there is something wrong with the floor after installation. Long story short, the old wood flooring was not removed in parts of the house. We paid to have it “leveled”. I asked why the old flooring wasn’t removed and was told that I didn’t ask for it to be. Who’s the expert? She did offer to do a repair but would NOT do it at no charge. That didn’t sit well with me. She offered a discount and we accepted. I emailed Shannon a picture of the floor as it is now, buckling up in places. It has been a week and no response. We called in another expert and the floor must be redone. Please do your due diligence.

I cannot say enough great thing about Town & Country Restoration. Last year I had T&C install Sante Fee Hand Sculptured wood flooring throughout our entire house. Absolutely beautiful floor and couldn't be happier. Unfortunately, nine months later our house was flooded(long story) and ruined our new wood floors.Heartbroken to say the least. However...It was Town & Country Restoration that I did not hesitate to call AGAIN. Shannon, the owner and Marla, the project manager, assured me that our floors would be restored to it's previous elegance and that our home would be made whole again. Were they ever right! Marla was there everyday during the removal of the damaged floor and installation of the latest new one. She was definitely the rock we leaned on. Town & Country Restoration is a great
