Townhouse Parking

My car was damage in this parking lot , and they not taking any responsibility for it. Will be reporting this business to the Department of Consumer and Worker Protection. A business that has cameras everywhere, entrance and they still trying to denied claim and they know this occurred at their premises, I do not recommend this location and the u responsible personnel that work there , I paid almost 50 dollars there just to get my car back damage

We were going to a concert in Central Park and reserved a spot at this garage for the evening. The staff was great when we got there making sure that we did not forget anything before we left the garage. After the concert, our car was ready to go when we arrived back at the garage. Great service.

Horrible service the manager was a person that was rude nasty was not courteous and the other person that was working with him was a skinny guy that barely spoke English and didn't know what the hell I was talking about completely rude horrible service don't go to this parking lot and I'm sure they're going to damage your car seriously the worst place to park in New York they need people there that are courteous and nice according to this guy he was the manager but didn't care if I parked there or not meaning he didn't care about his job he didn't care about anything what I did I went to the parking lot across the street I think it's called Imperial parking or I park and they were great they were phenomenal unfortunately I can't remember the name of the people at GMC but they were horrible

Go here to park, when you have a strong urge for the chocolate pudding, if you know what I merange . This place, it's got character. ლ(╹◡╹ლ) 😎🤡🤓☠🐱‍🏍🦕😏⏳🍆

I made an advance reservation for this garage and when I arrived they refused to honor it, claiming it was full.
