Townsend Company and Sons - Pool Water Delivery

This was my 2nd time using Townsend, and as always, they provide great service. Getting into our driveway is not an easy task with a tractor trailer load of water. And had to do it twice, due to getting a 2nd load. The driver, an elderly black gentleman made it look so easy. He was awesome! Thanks again for great service

We were in need of water for our new pool, and after contacting several companies, Robert was the only one who answered the phone! He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and we were able to get the pool filled on the next business day. Our driver James was a sprightly older gentleman who was highly experienced and a funny guy! This was a wonderful experience by a team of professionals who have been doing this for a long time. So nice to find a company like this these days!

We used Townsend company to fill our newly built pool. The driver James was on time, super friendly and very quick with his turnaround times for the multiple trips it took to fill up the pool. Very professional and courteous conversation with the owner Robert later to check on us.

We were very happy with the service provided!! The water is perfect and the service even better. The staff is very friendly. The man that delivered our water was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about pools, which was a great thing for us because we’re rookies! He helped us get out the wrinkles at the bottom of the pool and was even great with our kids running around excited about the pool!

It turned out I didn't need to have Robert deliver pool water - BUT - he was SO friendly, responsive, professional - I almost wish I DID need his services. THIS is the kind of service professional you want in your list of must haves! He gave me advice on how I could top off my pool myself and also offered to come out if I ended up wanting him to top off the pool. NICE guy!
