WT Curtis & Sons went above and beyond for me. First they came right out to check out the problem. Then Todd Jr. research the warranty on my broken heat pump determining that it was, in fact, still under warranty. Rather than having to get a whole new system, his team is replacing the broken part for a fraction of the cost of a new system. What outstanding customer service! What a great team!

Had them do a complete HVAC replacement, ducts and all. They gave the best pricing we could find and were incredibly flexible to work with. The guys that showed up were very friendly and courteous, but most importantly, hard working. They all seemed to enjoy what they do and do it very well!
