Big thanks to Danton, Tyler and their team at Townsend Pools & Spas. My fiberglass pool is absolutely stunning!!! I contacted TP&S along with five other companies within the San Antonio area about getting a new pool installed and Townsend was by far my best experience between them all. Danton came to my house within a few days – evaluated my yard to determine the best path of getting the pool to the backyard and placement of the pool. Danton went over all my options and how they don’t subcontract the entire pool build like some of the other companies in the area. We had Townsend put in a pool for us a couple of weeks ago and I've been intending to write a review, but been so busy enjoying our pool!! They were honest and up front with us from the beginning. He final priced the pool at the first meeting, and other pool people we consulted with gave us a price up front, but kept adding charges for electric hook up, and the price kept going up! Even after a last minute change I made to the location of my pool, they didn't skip a beat or charge me extra to run the electricity further!! They were so good and quick! The concrete guys assisted my son in putting his hand print and the dog's foot print in the concrete! There was gravel left over and they spread it through out my drive and filled the low spot that used to hold water. I can't say enough

Townsend Pools and Spas are amazing at what they do! I had a pool installed back in march and my kids are just loving it! Everyone is so professional especially Tyler and Haley. If you’re looking for a good and understanding pool business, this is your company!

I reached out to river pools (the manufacturer of shells this company uses) and they directed me to Townsend pools. Haley Hammers contacted me and provided details of costs and such. She said "Danton" would need to come out to do an official quote before we started and that he would only need my Lot Plot to make that appointment. I sent the Lot Plot to Haley to get the appointment scheduled and she came back saying we only have 5 feet of access on the side of our home between the foundation and the fence line. I explained to her that it is in fact 8.75' not five. She called me a liar and closed off her email with "best of luck on your journey for a pool." without actually measuring or visiting my home. Wouldn't recommend this place for in ground pool installation. Never was contacted after providing information and when this fact was brought up on a Facebook picture that they posted, their solution to that problem was to delete and block. This should be a warning sign to anyone having work done by them.
