Very worst experience with this parking service. The attendant was rude and simply refused and said there is no space available even though I booked the spot.

Booked days in advance through Spothero. I arrived on time and the attendant dismissed me even when I showed him a print out of my booking. He didn't stop to apologize or explain. He just acted like a street thug and kept shouting for me to go away when it was his fault for overbooking. Spothero should delete this place from their roster. Apparently they are busy enough anyway and don't need the extra business.

Over-books so lot is full and can't cancel reservation. Unreliable.

Terrible attendant, wouldn't accept our car after going there day after day. He stole the air pods in the car and then turned us away. May file a report.
