My parents’ 40 year old roof was leaking and TR Construction completed a lift and relay of their roof as well as patched and painted the damaged interior drywall. We had a great experience, and immediately hired them again to complete a lift and relay on my father in law’s roof too. Their prices were competitive with the other estimates we received and the staff were a pleasure to work with. Thanks to Mike Sr for providing us with detailed estimates and tarping our roofs to prevent further leaks while we waited for the work to start. Mike Jr and Teresa for answering all our questions and keeping us in the loop with the work. Armando, Miguel, and Mora for their hard work and for cleaning up at the end of each day.

I just had my roof of almost 40 years done and most of the fascia replaced by TR Construction. It looks amazing and couldn’t be happier from start to finish. Mike Hernandez who did the estimation and he not only provided the quote to me so quick, it was also very reasonable. The fact that I believe 2 to 3 of my neighbors had their roof done by TR Construction - so all I had to do was look around for references on the quality of the workmanship plus their quote made it easier for me to decide to get the work done by TR Construction as well. We had a major extension done on the house on Flanders Drive. I felt the quote was fair and reasonable. General contract was signed in April and we just finished final inspection in Nov. Overall, work was great. Working with Tony, Joshua, Dennis, Memo and the team was great. If you drive through Flanders, you would have seen the extension progress near Salk Elementary. Communication was open and we were aware of what to expect during the process. It was completed on time (6 months) and within budget barring a few minor improvements that were necessary as construction revealed them. We first contacted TR Construction in 2018 when we bought a new home with old failing roof and looking rough on the outside. Owner Tony, who is a very friendly and knowledgeable professional, came out, gave us an estimate and provided references. The work started few weeks later and they did such a good job with stucco repairs, rebuilding dry rotted wood, painting exterior and replacing our roof. The TR Construction crew is truly awesome! They worked fast but always considered our comfort and safety: anytime they would see my car pull up they would stop all the work and make sure we get into the house safely, they kept work area clean too. At the end of 2019 we hired them again to remodel our two upstairs bathrooms. Once again it was a smooth process even with some delays from our cabinet

T R Construction was highly recommended to me by multiple acquaintances for their workmanship, honesty, and friendliness. Had concerns about a possible roof leak. Mike show up and did an inspection of the suspected area and gave his expert opinion on the issue. The issue seems to have been resolved a day prior with another roofing company while setting up a tarp. Most would just give the estimate and not say a thing. Mike went above and beyond to make sure there wasn't an actual issue before moving forward with an estimate. When it comes time to do any type of home remodeling or repairs. T R Construction will be at the top of the list for the company I'll use.
