Trace’s team did some much needed tree trimming. The crew was courteous and helpful, even agreeing to add on some additional items while they were there. Trace himself came to inspect the work to make sure it was done properly and to our satisfaction. And his pricing is incredible!

We used Trace’s company to remove a tree that had fallen on our roof. He showed up the next morning exactly when he said he would! I was very impressed by his professionalism and his staff. They did a great job removing the debris and left our yard looking great. I really appreciate that he was able to get out to us when he did due to all the damage from this recent wind storm. At first, I was impressed with the response time & the swiftness of a downed tree removal from my front yard last summer by this company. However, they never completed the lawn repairs as promised (oh, and for which I had paid for). It’s a new year now & after leaving several messages for Trace, the company owner, he finally called me back weeks ago & he promised to get with me again in a few days to discuss my displeasure with their work. Guess what ... he never contacted me again. After several more calls to him, leaving a request for a call back each time, weeks have now gone by & he still has not reached out to me.
