Dear Tractor Supply Team, I recently visited one of your locations and had a disappointing experience. Before beginning the dog bath service, I prepaid for the service as instructed by your staff. However, I was unimpressed by the state of the bathing facilities. Upon entering the room, I found the floor covered in water and hair, with shampoos and other supplies left in disarray and empty not to mention the bath tub drain was completely clogged. The tub was spewing out water from the inseams it wouldnot drain at all due to the hair. Furthermore, the hair dryer was duct-taped together, and this makeshift solution caused more frustration and was pointless to use. But after to day, doubt 🤔 I will shop there anymore, I spend a lot of money there. I went and used the pet wash and buy feed, while there I was checking out the clearance rack of clothing. I got a red plaid shirt and I also got a black hoodie a Columbian hoodie that was marked down $21.99 got to the register and they tell me it was not on clearance though it had the yellow tag it was marked down and also there was 20 more shirts just like it or hoodies just like it marked $21.99. well they would not honor their price of $21.99 and this is just crappy and robbery. I have literally bought hundreds of Hydraulic hoses from this specific store, I use my phone number every time. I recently tried to Exchange three hoses for the correct size ones, I did not have my receipt, but they were able to find two of the hoses. She was willing to do the exchange on two hoses and proceeds to tell me she can’t do anything without a receipt for the third one, Mind you I’ve bought hundreds of each of the same hoses from that store, After she said, she couldn’t do anything without a receipt I asked her what the point in using my phone number was and she told me I was welcome to call 1 800 I said it’s kind of ignorant That you’ll return these two, but ”you can’t do anything without a receipt” She proceeded to have me trespassed from the store because she got her feeli

Bessemer store has gone down hill, don't even put you purchases in bags unless you ask. Also good luck getting propane refilled, last 2 times I've come they cut just left!
