Excellent customer service! It was my first time placing a store pick up order. There was an error on the part of the delivery company, and Dan went above and beyond to successfully track down my order! All employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Great experience!

Staff was helpful and allowed return of a product that underperformed. For the first time I've done business with TSC, they did everything they could to make the process simple and smooth and were quite friendly. Id come back if I had a need for specific supplies. Everything seemed about the same or slightly lower than other big box retailers. Shopping process is aggravating and I certainly wouldn't pay $15 for shipping or pay for the gas to get there before going to a competitor that ships for free.

My go to for pine pellets. Normally I order online for drive up service however, today I decided to actually drop in. I was quite impressed with the inventory, and literally every associate greeted me an offered assistance. I had quite a pleasant shopping experience, thank you!

[See bottom for 2-month update] I'm a Castle Rock local who's been coming to this Tractor Supply for about 5 years. Every visit, I've been consistently and predictably disappointed. Over the years I've found this location is out of (or doesn't stock) common hardware items—such as garage hooks, metal cutting grinder disks, white caulk, wasp spray, small screws, and more. Once I'd added a 10¢ loose washer to my purchase. And the cashier, instead of throwing it in or saying I couldn't buy it without a label, walked all the way back to determine what it was and charge me the proper dime, all while lecturing me. Seemed kinda petty. The majority of that fastener aisle's drawers are completely empty. Shelves are a mess, with random products strewn about in the wrong places. The store as a whol
