Awesome associates and manger, Mr. Vancy (SP) that work there, went above and beyond to help me with fixing my mower and making sure I got the right parts, which took about 3 week's but they were patient and courteous. really ment a lot to have Great service from a company. The young lady named Kylie was a really great help to us today. She was very knowledgeable and definitely a lot of help. We greatly appreciate all of the help she gave us.

Follow up I have since spoke with customer service & the store manager who was really good thank you Justin I go to this store a bunch and seldom have a problem but for the last few months I routinely have to take back horse treats I order for pickup because despite order 15 pound bags I get 5 pound bags needless to say this is getting frustrating. I am in this store at least a couple times a month & have used this store for ever. Needless to say I don't live close I have horses.

A lot of product in this small store (compared to other stores of its kind). I love going here for they have so much. Everytime I go, there is is something new. People are friendly, both customers and workers. Ample parking. When I first walk in they have a few little nostalgic items like "Moon pies", but in a cute little artsy tin can. They have a clearance or low cost item section like for flashlights, knives, kid toys, tools, bungees, etc. I usually go in there for pet supplies, pest control items, and horse treats. However, I always end up staying longer due to them having unique garden items, wish list items, garage, outdoor, and space saving items, among so much more. They, of course, have your usual tractor and farm, tools, gardening and landscaping, auto supply items. It's just

Horrible customer service via phone. A friend had told me that they offered pet neutering at a monthly event, so I called July 1st and asked specifically about the "monthly pet neutering event", and they simply told me that it had been the day before and I would have to wait until the next one later in the month. On July 24th I call to confirm whether I need an appointment for what I again referred to as the "pet neutering event" and they told me that I didn't and just to come in on the 27th between 2:30 and 5. I wrote this down as they told it to me so that I wouldn't forget. So I come in today with my stressed-out male cat ready to have him neutered, and I am told that not only is the event tomorrow at 2:30 to 4, but that they don't offer pet neutering at all.
