Called to TSC in Findlay talked to Tracy she went above and behind to help me find what I was looking for. Great customer service. She didnt complain about having to search for what I needed in the back thanks so much Tracy.

Traci is awesome. Not only did she help me load up horse mats but also helped with the hay and cat litter as I would have struggled to try do by myself. And Jen is always a pleasure to see at the check out ☺️ I thoroughly enjoy shopping at this store.

This store was always alright for me until we went to go get bedding pellets for the horses and 11 out of the 28 bags we got were open and we were originally supposed to get 30 I am furious and disappointed.

Clean, friendly, professional sales clerks, prices are fairly reasonable

I went in at 6:00 pm, 1 hour before they close to wash my dog and they said I couldn't use it. The lady said it loud enough for everyone to hear it that she had already ready cleaned it and she didn't want to do it again. The customer in front of me wanted to get propane and she said he wasn't supposed to fill it but since he sold she guessed she will fill it. She was very rude
