I ordered a gun safe as a surprise for my husband and had a family member in on it for the pick up. My husband thought it was our family member's safe. I called ahead and explained to Becky and she was so helpful. My husband was so surprised and we got a great memory. I'm so grateful for Becky's help and everyone else in the store that helped!!

Everyone was incredibly helpful and informative. Best of all they were excited to learn about our projects and encouraged our success. Had a great time getting our supplies there.

Rude customer service, cannot remember her name but she's heavy set blonde, didnt even want to help with my situation just kept shaking her head no , didn't even want to check any further. I work in customer service and I always go above and beyond try and help. This is not the first time she has been rude to me either. I guess ill stop going to the gibsonia tractor supply.

Employees here are always kind, very helpful, and super welcoming. The store is laid out nicely and it’s easy to find things.

Super helpful staff. Very attentive and offer help as you enter, and leave you alone to browse when you decline. The store is well stocked with merchandise. The layout of the store is easy to navigate and there are some REALLY great deals to be had on clearance items. There is such a variety of items, it is worth going up and down every aisle just to find the exact thing you didn't know you needed! LOL
