This is one of the best stores around - quality and customer service has always been at the top since I’ve been shopping here. They are also making it clear that they aren’t down with the RK nonsense that store is pulling on the citizens of Kingsport. I’ll be shopping here from now on. They aren’t down with highway robbery!

It is 7:15 and They Close at 8. The sign is off and I almost left in frustration thinking they closed early. When in Fact The store was still open. I brought attention to this to the manager and she told me "The opening crew never turned it on and We close within the hour so I'm not going to bother to turn it on." She was very rude with me.

Theirs a young woman at this store,#308 jasmine who probably saved my life. Keep up the good work hiring folks like this.

I always come to tractor supply for my dog and cat food. I’ve been to many locations but this one is by far the best one. The store is always neat and organized and clean. The workers are always so friendly and I love that I can take my dog here too! She loves it. Today a gentleman named Dale helped me load my heavy items in the car for me, as he offered to do so. It was so nice!!! Great customer service and people skills. Another girl with dark hair and glasses is always working there and she’s so personable. Great team.
