We have used the dog bath in several tractor supplies and never before have I seen one that was so disgusting. Standing water on the floor with clumps of nasty hair. The drain was clogged with nasty clumps of hair. The dirty towel bin was overflowing with dirty towels. I didn’t want to touch anything let alone hang my jacket. We still bathed the dogs because we had to drive quite a ways to go but it was so gross. I told the girl at the register and she apologized and said if she would have known she would have cleaned it. That’s absolutely not the case. This has obviously been an ongoing thing. It can’t get that disgusting in one week. I wish I would’ve taken pics but I was concentrating on washing the dog and getting out of there without touching things.

One of the managers here is absolutely horrible. I needed help with an online order which I'm pretty sure her store messed up. I never recieved the package but the store claimed I did. She was terrible and not helpful. I've been a regular customer but I'll be going elsewhere and I encourage you to do the same. Other stores have better stock anyway.

I bought an air compressor at tractor supply on 67 Mooresville. Cost right at $1,500. I paid $69 for them to deliver it to my house today. A guy showed up in a pickup truck just like the one I was driving when I went to tractor supply to purchase this air compressor. Knocked on my door and asked if I could back my truck up to his to load that 600 lb air conditioner onto my truck. The air compressor weighs 600 lb. That's why I had it delivered. He was right beside my garage which is where I wanted the air compressor. It made no sense that he wanted me to back my truck up to his truck and help him move that air compressor onto my truck. I paid $69 for the delivery of that air compressor. I really wanted it in my garage and not in the back of my pickup truck. Still shaking my head over that.

I do not normally visit Tractor Supply unless I have a vet visit in the same venue since I live further away. I have always been impressed with the personnel and how kind they are and willing to help. The store is always clean and neat, which I appreciate so much. The staff is so willing to take my purchases to my car. So nice since I am in my 70s now. Other stores of this type are filthy. Thanks for providing a great place to purchase what I need when I am in town.
