A great store and wonderful staff. Really helped us out when our tire on our trailer blew out. Also helped us replace it. Really above and beyond in care and kindness. Very grateful we came here.

I came into this store for a pickup order. The woman in front of me was checking out dog food to donate for one of the shelters and asked the cashier if they offer any type of discount for that. The cashier asked another man working the store that I assumed was the manager. He told her to give a discount on the dog food and thanked the young lady for what she was doing. He also came up with more dog food to add to her cart as a donation. My pickup order was for insanely discounted priced insect repellent that I happened to come across that I am bringing to Jamaica to donate for hurricane relief. He thanked me for everything I'm doing as well. Things like this are so refreshing to see/hear these days. Good people!

Tractor Supply in Morgantown sold our rainchecked feed that I was assured wouldnt run out in store if I did the rain check Afterwards I called the Fairmont location and asked if they had any, guy even repeated the feed name back to me and said they did. And that he would sit two bags aside for me to come get tonight. 35 min of wasted time and gas to the store they not only didnt set it aside, they dont HAVE any. Drove all this way for a lackluster apology and nothing else

Bought 2 ducks because the dude said we couldn't buy just 1. After buying the 2 as he told us we HAD TO or we couldn't get ANY, the 1 died! I am BEYOND PISSED. They had to know they were diseased or something wrong with it. Unsure of cause of death because the 1 we still have is thriving!
