It’s not every day you find a team that genuinely cares about their customers, but this crew went above and beyond! 🏆👏 No matter what we needed—questions answered ❓🤔, help finding items 🛒🔍, or just a friendly chat 😊—they were right there, ready to assist with a smile! 😁💛 Customer service like this is rare these days, and it truly made our shopping experience fantastic! 🛍️🔥 If every store had a team like this, shopping would always be a pleasure! 🎉💪 Huge shoutout to the amazing staff at Tractor Supply—y’all are the best! 🚜🐓🐶 Someone give them a raise! 💰💵👏

Purchased a Trail Boss 550 UTV at the Princeton location. Overall satisfied with the UTV and pricing. UTV was on sale and TSC offered some 0% interest for a portion of the cost. Have a few comments about the condition of the UTV (understand a UTV is likely to be utilized outdoors often). Some of the UTVs were very dirty inside and out due to being stored outside. My UTV was assembled in the summer of 2024. The protective film on the Windscreen had completely dried out (outside portion). Able to remove the inside protective film by pulling off. Soaked the outer film with Goo Gone and let set for an hour. Was able to remove the outer protective film. Now I can see through the windscreen. Did note that the Windscreen Plexiglass has what appears to be heat stress damage (streaks). Found that

Sometimes there's willing guys to help lift and load. I got great help from joey this time. He loaded cart pushed it n unloaded it. He offered to push it when he saw my back brace on which i need if i have to push it. Taylor is usually very helpful too. Last time and time before i got a short dark haired one with a mustache and attitude. One time he said you're missing a strap on your brace. Duh jerk! nothings on cart yet. I said it's uncomfortable enough I don't need it yet. Last time he said did you hurt yourself? Wow. My answer was I have a bad back. Then he loads cart and says for me to have them call for load up in car. They are young and able what are some of their problems?both times he sends a young curly haired tall blonde one out to load my car who easily hoist bag on his shou

We had a return and the process was so much smoother thanks to Elizabeth. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout. It’s rare to get such great customer service these days she really went above and beyond. Thank you, Elizabeth!

Wide and unique selection of goods, also has some really friendly staff! My dog loves it there which is a plus 🙂
