I arrived at this Tractor Supply location at 3:50 PM to have five standard 20-lb propane tanks filled. The store manager told me he wanted to go home at 4:00 PM and was clearly unhappy about having to help me. I apologized for coming close to closing time, and his response was “No, you’re not.” From that point on, the interaction became uncomfortable and unprofessional. He then refused to fill my propane tanks, using an excuse that he claimed was “against the law.” Based on my experience and understanding, that explanation was incorrect and felt like a way to avoid doing the service rather than a real safety or legal issue. He told me to live and dont ever come back. I remained calm and respectful the entire time, but I was still refused service and treated rudely. Being told in effect

This pertains to the Online Ordering for Tractor Supply. I set up the auto ship last month, from my home store in Rochester Hills. I happened to go in because I ran out of food two days early. I realized they sell my food for $44.99 in house, yet I’m being charged $49.99 for the bag online. When I called to ask, they informed me that my food is not shipped from my home store, but from one an hour away, that has different pricing. And my next shipment could be from a completely different store, with a whole other set of pricing. So be sure to check the pricing, as you could be paying a chunk of change in the difference!

The newest Tractor Supply in the area and a really nice location. This one is HUGE and has all the products you'd expect out of a TC. There's plenty of parking, the inside is well laid out, nice big aisles and the departments seem a bit bigger than normal. We found everything we needed and the people working there were super friendly. Highly recommended.

Terrible customer service. I had an in store issue. I called customer service to address it, spent 45 minutes on hold but never heard from anyone. Decided to write an email instead, but no one ever responded to it! Obviously they have no regard for customers
