Great experience with Tracy Steele AC earlier this week. As a backround , I have had a very long term relationship with one of the larger AC contractors for over 30 years. They were bought out recently and their prices soared while their sevice crashed. My AC drain line became clogged, and not able to clean it myself, and not wanting to use the old company, I called Tracy Steele. It was after hours when I called, so I figured I would get a call in the morning, but to my surpise Dan called me back in about 10 minutes, and said a tech would be out first thing. Our technician , Will W. arrived , and was friendly, polite, professional, and really knew his stuff. I'm amazed at the amount of time he took correcting, and doing proactive work, for the future. Very professional, meticulous with every detail, reasonably priced, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was installed perfectly - Including correcting things that should have been caught the last time we had to replace the unit. Tracy Steele Air Conditioning deserves a 10! This morning we woke up to no heat. Called Tracy Steele at 8:30am and a personal and very knowledgeable technician came to our home by 9:30. And by 10:30, he had replaced parts and the unit was working fine. No cost..they warranty all parts and labor for 10 years from when you buy the unit from them. You can’t go wrong if you go with this outstanding company.
