Had an awesome experience with this company. I am well pleased. I've had experiences with other companies where the employee was rough around the edges with language around my family. This guy's name was Grant and he was super professional through and through. Very grateful for yall. Thank you!!!

Grant was exceptional! He communicated everything perfectly. Although the issue didn’t in fact lie with the HVAC system, he made sure that we were going to obtain the services needed along with being sure our AC system will remain up and running with the warmer weather around the corner.

One bedroom was not cooling, the room right beside it was cooling but could use a little bit of improvement. Was told $1100 would fix it and cover my cost of the membership. They came out immediately, did the work a day or 2 later. No difference. Called, they came back out was in the attic for roughly 15 min. Said that's all they can do that's as good as it gets. Called back again,. The quality control guy calls me back schedules an appointment to cime out the next day. He was a no call no show. WAY TO GO QA! So i called back again. then they wanted to ask how old the system was and model, I immediately knew where this was going, but our unit is new. Daniel was excellent, he did a thorough, professional, and efficient job repairing our wax seal. He was kind and friendly and we would recommend him and Trahans to anybody that needs repairs done, at a very reasonable price.

Great service with Daniel. He explained what the problem was with our gas line and fixed it the following day. This was our first time using Trahans service and I’m sure it won’t be the last time. Definitely recommend this company.
