Mr Trahan showed up to bid the job and got to work! He's very professional and down to Earth. In today's world where half the numbers you call are just lead services, and sales people that have never even been on a roof, it was nice to actually talk with someone who had actual experience and knowledge of the work. Karl and his crew went above and beyond expectations. He even helped us navigate with our insurance company from start to finish. You will not find a harder working man.

Paid $5300 over and above the contract and he refuses to come finish, won't respond to phone calls or texts, won't tell me what the paint colors and types are that he used and didn't leave any paint cans for me to finish HIS job. I was initially impressed, but after paying him the extra money and then him him not finishing a few small things and avoiding me, I'm so disappointed and quite frankly, surprised. I never would have thought Karl would do this. We had a great rapport initially. If you use him, do not pay him until EVERYTHING is complete. I learned that lesson the hard way.

Mr. Trahan went above and beyond. They were very professional from the initial quote all the way to the day of completion. He truly cares about his customers.
