You need a Florida Contractors License to purchase parts from this locations. Period. This isn't a Home Depot / Lowe's. I work for one of the biggest Trane dealers in Naples and i'm purely doing this in response to "ApprenticeThatTextstooMuch"s 1-Star Review. You ever notice that almost ALL the 1-Star reviews on anything down here in south floirda are ALWAYS some northerner that gets mad because things don't work EXACTLY how they do up in "PIttsburgh" (or *insert northern state here*) or whatever? Fantastic and FAST SERVICE. We got out of the truck and went into the store and were quickly greeted and served. We filed our warranty and received our parts all within 15 minutes. If I could give zero stars I definitely would. I recently got married down in Florida and had to visit a few family members after the ceremony. While staying with the family for the weekend the air-conditioner broke. I’ve been doing heating and cooling for 18 years in the north so I have a little bit of experience working on them. All I needed was a Dual capacitor that roughly cost of $15. It was an emergency it happened on a Saturday night little after midnight we had a two-year-old in the house, relatives with breathing problems it was 82° in the house. So I called the after hour number and they advised me that since I do not have a Florida Contractors license We cannot sell you any parts. These idiots never updated the address after moving. Never buy a Trane by the way, worse system out there and it’s not even close.
