Trane

I've been a client from Trane since 2018, Before Covid 1 out of 10 orders didn't arrive at the time estimated, that wasn't a problem for me then because they usually just came at the next week from the day estimated. But now on 2023, 7 out of 10 orders doesn't arrive at the time estimated, and that's not the worst part of it, they take more than 1 or 2 months since the day estimated to arrive. Also, the customer service has been decreasing lately, they don't pick up calls or mails, and if you send them mails you'll get a response in 3 weeks maximum, they only solutions is going phisically at the store, or call the same franchise but from another state (try diamondbar, they pick up phone calls and answer very quickly your mails).

so far, I've only been able to get ahold of someone on the phone one time out of many phone calls. I usually end up pressing 1 to call another store since these guys never answer. pretty sad when you have to call another store to have it shipped to these guys. If you have to call Trane, I recommend calling a different location than this one.

Weak and inept people at the counter. We have just had too many bad experiences to list, and received no response or seen any improvement. At this point I am writing to let everyone know just how bad a parts house can treat people. We bought a compressor. They said they had it, then when we went to pick up, they did not, but had another one that would work. We took it so we can take care of our customer, and they charged us a higher price than the quote when they claimed they had what we needed. Bait and switch? I don't know-try calling them and asking. We recorded 7 out of 10 calls to them in a week that went into a loop of phone menus. No one ever answered. Yes, we hit 0 and no one answered-right back to the menu. Anyway. just too many poor service experiences at this point. Sad tat they

Add Trane to the list of companies that just don't get it, you won't survive much longer if you don't sell to the public. The part I need is available on Amazon, but I'd rather buy locally, and cannot due to the HVAC wholesalers not selling to the public.
