Good luck if you ever have a problem & need to talk with some one at this store! Been trying to call for over a week & either put on hold or in placed in an endless que! Next A/C will not be Trane!!!
Trane supply is the best supply house on this side of town. I’ve been dealing with Kim over 20 years and each experience has been a great experience!!!
Waited on the phone for a while, finally they told me they would hold my place in line and would give me a call. After waiting for that call, i finally get it and they hung up after one ring so now i'm back on the phone waiting once again.
Didn't have all parts ordered
