Trane Supply

Customer service at the front desk sucks. Alex was talking to me like I was stupid when I asked how to approach filling out warranty paper work. The entire interaction made me feel like “either this guy is having a terrible day and taking it out on other people, or this guy has a terrible life and is taking it out on other people.” It was my first time ever stepping foot in the Trane supply house, and hopefully I won’t have to make any more trips here. If I do, hopefully Alex is either working in the warehouse, or he’s got the day off. Exact opposite end of the spectrum for customer service when compared to Johnstone or Carrier.

Worst supplier in the industry unfortunately. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous and the front desk workers (one named Alex I believe) are constantly giving attitude when asked anything about products or when adding products onto orders. They never have their system loaded with proper orders therefore it takes much longer to pick up orders. The front desk staff scoffs and roll eyes when you tell them that orders were put in ahead of time when they cannot find it in their system (even when giving proof of order being put in place before arrival). Does not matter what time of day or day of the week, I have unfortunately never had a good experience here at Colorado Springs Trane supply.

They won't sell parts to homeowners, but if you ask them to they will laugh for free. Unless you have a Mech IV license I'd look elsewhere, hopefully this saves someone else a trip across town, because they didn't answer the phone either the multiple times I tried.

They don't sell to public - only contractors. 6 minutes on hold b4 phone answered. Rep had trouble cross-ref my outdated part #, although Google gave me numerous sources. So much for trying to buy local. I'll just have Amazon deliver to my door tomorrow...

For the love of god hire some people to answer the phones!
