All they seem to care about is selling another unit referring you to a local company that services trane units. Several emails and texts yet noone can answer anything on your warranty. Its ridiculous. Get a Bosch.
Oh my gosh appointment was 7:00 am, it’s now 11:18 AM. I have multiple stops and they have not even put the ramp down on my trailer. lazy incompetent dockworkers.
Absolutely horrible at picking up the phone. I waited over 30 mins on the phone for it just to get disconnected. This is a constant issue when calling trane.
I really wish they had better customer service. It takes so long to get through on the phone and the website doesn't work properly when trying to order online 🤦🏾.
It took an hr and a half to load up 1 unit and there wasn’t anyone else waiting!!
