Worst product on earth. No accountability. I have a 2 year old unit which hasn’t worked for the past 5 months with no working order in the near future. Don’t buy this product. They do not honor any of the warranty.

Why is it so hard to get a replacement coil from this company?

Worst costumer service I’ve ever had to deal in my life. Millions of different agents to answer your phone and none of them sustain the same information when asked. Purchased a unit and canceled the same day, 8 days later calling to get the money back and none of the workers seems to know what they’re doing ! DONT BUY FROM THEM
