Called and asked if they had a unit gave them specific details all they had to do was look it up and tell me if they have it in stock the girl put me on hold for 23 min than just hung up on me! What is the point of having a phone line for contractors for quotes and availability if you can’t do that simple job TRANE is a joke exactly why we do not sell or represent this brand I would never treat my customers (homeowners) ever like this so I hold my vendors to do the same level of customer service I provide as well and TRANE can not do that.

Trane/American Standardis just a trash ac company in general. I had a house built with a new unit and not even 3 years later my ac motor went out. When the warranty was filed, they sent me a defective part causing me to have to stay in a hotel even longer. Instead of doing the right thing and reimbursing me for having to spend my money on staying in a hotel longer because of THEIR screw up, I’m not eating this cost and my AC is still messed up. It’s all about principle and these guys don’t get it. Do better

first off, it will take you longer than expected - their computer system has some serious issues, but they are always working to make it better. They have good stock, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. the place is clean and they dont treat women like second class citizens ... so yeah, they rock.

I called to order a part for my technician who was in the field, I gave them the wrong model number but instead of them hanging up and having me wait on hold again she just patiently sat there and waited for me to get the model number from my technician. Great customer service, I really appreciated her not hurrying me, being friendly, and being very helpful!

I bought a new Trane about 4years ago. It has been one problem after another. Their customer service simply referred me back to the dealer. Since I bought this unit Trane re-engineered the unit, but customers with the old engineering appear to be hung out today.
