Trucker!!! Be alert with this one, unorganized if you’re picking up a load and taking it nearby be ready for the long wait to get loaded and the headache at the receiver. They can see you standing there inside the warehouse no one asks you anything. Everyone ignores you they don’t cared and don’t cared about the order of the manifest. Once I picked up here, guys at receiver didn’t want to received due to the order having stuff that were not on my trailer and my trailer having stuff not on the manifest avoid the headache and stay away took me 7 hours from shipper to receiver to get loaded and empty. You will lose your day doing this load.

I paid way too much for a leak detector from Trane to receive the less than satisfactory customer service as I did from Monica at your Garland location. She was rude and acted like she didn’t want to deal with the warranty. I got mad and rude back. Certainly more so than she. So she called my company on me and tried to get me in trouble. I paid almost $700 for the tool!!! Customer service should be polite and friendly. I did not get a hint of courtesy from her. So I gave her in return a lot harder than what she give to me. I’m asking all techs to stand in solidarity with me and not purchase any tools from Trane. I promise you will not receive another dollar from me again. P.S. Trane is not the reliable product it used to be. You’re not innovating. You’re inventing more unreliable products.

No wonder Trane is going down the drain, you weigh on hold for 45+ minutes and when you get to the store, they close early. I’m specifically talking about the Garland Texas location. Trane used to be quality product and the quality of customer service has gone absolutely downhill. It’s not just Garland. It’s also McKinney, Carrollton, every train location I’ve dealt with. I know the slogan is you can’t stop a train, but the reality is you can’t stop a Trane if you’re lucky enough to get it started up. Trane has become such an embarrassment and the customer service is absolutely gone down the drain .

We love Trane as we buy equipment and parts, but thought it was time to share that Monica out of the Garland location always goes above and beyond for us and we are so thankful. So kind, helpful, and has such initiative. Trane is what is is because of the great customer service you all give us and so many more customers I know.
