This place is a joke. The all male staff has a problem with arrogance, unprofessionalism and toilet humour. They are not too be recommended under any circumstances. Do business with these labourers at your own risk!!

I use the store almost every day that I work. I’ve been dealing with them since 2002. I have seen the ups and the downs with management and the way things have been ran for many years. I must say that this Year so far has been so much better than it has in the past. Doug was there for a long time and the place was managed pretty well. And there was a period that I just want to talk much about. But I can say that huge improvements have been made and every time I go in there I feel welcomed And everybody is extremely helpful. Went to pick up equipment and was treated like a trash from the counter parts rep Dan. Ordered the equipment on line and had the paperwork wasn’t until I gave pushback for help with this order the counter guy Dan decided to help. Not a good reception. If I wanted to be treated like trash I would have went to Goodman.

As a contractor time is valuable, So if you want to waste time and patience's when entering this store you will lose both. If this is the best crew Trane has to offer, there headed for a Train wreck. Getting paid to sit on your Butt is not a luxury us contractors have time for. Just one more reasons Trane is losing its Contractors. My tech was here for over 30 min to find out they couldn't help him anyway with a return. My goodness couldn't help with a return.
