This Trane location has some amazing workers. Very welcoming and lighthearted. They helped me get the parts I needed and even walked me through some steps on how to troubleshoot the problems with my customers systems. Highly recommend stopping by for all your HVAC needs!

Called in to order a replacement variable speed blower motor. It was out of stock for a week so I had to go with a aftermarket variable speed motor. The gentlemen on the phone told me he had one that would work for the variable speed direct replacement. I trusted him, which was my fault because after installing the motor, I realized it was a PSC Motor that would not work. TRANE once was a Great machine and a great supply house and it definitely fell off once TRANE technologies took over. Shame on you guys.

The parts department was not very welcoming. I stood in line for quite some time without being acknowledged while the employee continued a personal conversation and showed a video to a coworker.

Don't bother hitting 1 to have them call you back. They'll call you , let it ring one time and then hang up before you can answer. Gotta love having to wait forever on the phone to move back to the top of the line. The customer service here has always been trash. It's always a pain when you have to deal with trane.

Had to replace my inside coil within 1 year they charged me for freon. Then it broke again 1-1/2 years later the technician told me its because the way the freon moves in the coil this time i had to pay for it all because they said i used my warranty up ??? You guessed it. it broke again so i just pay every year to have it recharged. When i talked to them they kept saying there's No Lemon LAW on AC units and laughed at me i recorded it. Wow I'm a real estate agent big mistake
