Trane Supply

Been using Trane Supply for many years and find the counter crew does a very great job and work hard to get me in and out. The store manager is very proficient.

Trane does not stand by their warranty. We have not had air-conditioning for eight days now and have had a few technicians come out to the house which resulted in parts being ordered, but not fixing the problem. The latest update is that they will order another part which may or may not fix the problem and it will take approximately seven days. In the meantime, we are in a house that is unbearable to live in with an AC that may or may not be fixed in seven days. We have sent them all the documentation they need to honor their warranty and it seems like they are dragging their feet. This has been escalated and we are awaiting Trane’s Resolution team’s feedback. We requested a new unit seeing that trying to fix the air conditioner that is not functioning is not an option. Leah really went above and beyond for us at Advent A/C. Her customer service has actually help trane keep an existing customer! When I had a problem with Technical support Leah stepped up and helped me out. I realized this was not her job but it feels great to know there are people who correct things and make them right. I hope they hire more people who care about there job. All of them at that distribution center do a fantastic job as well! These guys have done right by me!

They’re super friendly and the representatives treat you like family. Trane Supply is also involved in the community. Everyone knows, It’s hard to stop a Trane!

Trane has what appears to be a proprietary fuse in their units. Multiple electrical stores had never even seen it. Trane website lists this place as a part supply store for their units. No mention that it’s not open to general public, on the website or here on Google. Not even sure why this place is advertised as open to the public, as they’ll only sell you tools but not parts. Newsflash, people are going here for tools. So they had the fuse in stock that I needed but refuse to sell it to me. Great Customer Service Trane. The employees were nice. But this is poor communication on Tranes part as it should be clearly communicated this isn’t an actual parts store.
