Trans Continental Express

Called today to have a package picked up and delivered to Jamaica, and the person on the phone told me the package is so small (1 foot x 2 feet x 2 feet) he has to charge me the price of a barrel a barrel is 4 times that size. I ask him what happened to the cubic feet price charts, he said they don’t use it for this size package, they just come up with a random price to charge. No good!!!!

Been shipping door to door for more than 15 years. In 2021 I happened to travel after I shipped and was so disappointed they stole my stuff from my barrel and I made a complaint and a Miss Campbell was keeping in touch and she stopped . To date no one else has given me any word of my loss. I refuse to use them again . The pick up person is good. But after all these years I am 100% dissatisfied....never again I have taken my business elsewhere and is satisfied.

Do not and I repeat, do not ship with this company. Sent 2 barrels in July 2023 that was full to the max. 1 with food items and the other in household products. I swear to you, only half of both barrels with the items made it. They stole everything without conscience. Terrible and hurtful especially when you work so hard to send stuff door to door. I wish I could give them 1 star.

I spoke to a female representative on November 17, 2023 at 4:30pm she didn’t give me her name, and her attitude was nasty. She was very entitle and disrespectful and when she was finish with our conversation, she abruptly slam the phone down and hang up. This is why I don’t like supporting Jamican businesses because they don’t value the customers and service is always terrible. Never using this company AGAIN!!!!.

To ship of my items take 10 days and still of to wait another 2-3 weeks for it to reach my destination. Sale Reps are great, pick up person also great 👍. I will still use there service in the future, I know I of to let them pick up my items couple weeks a head of time ⏲.
