Called Transou on a recommendation from the people (who are retiring) who had been pumping/servicing this septic tank since it was built 40 years ago. Set up/scheduling was easy. I called the day before to confirm how it would go. Small glitch day off, was told they would call when they were on their way there, but they had the wrong number and so I never got the call. The service consists of 2 teams, 1 is the Dig Team which was already here when we arrived back from our errands, (which is when we learned they had the wrong number). The Dig team had never seen a homemade tank, and certainly not one so big. Kitchen sink full of water dropped completely off brackets. Of course it was a Friday afternoon at 4 pm. No problem with Daniel at Transou’s! He came out and started working on it right away. Had to come back to finish Saturday. What an excellent job he did! Very thorough and professional! I will definitely call again for any work needed.
