Absolutely horrible! I booked online through parkwiz two days prior. Paid $65.00 which was immediately withdrawn from my account. When I arrived with m parking confirmation the attendant told me he did not accept minivans and there was no room. I Explained I already paid and reserved. He said he had the right to turn me away. He was so nasty.,I told him my daughter was preforming atxthe duplex and I had no time to look elsewhere and I already paid. He finally found room. Sad 😞

Do not park here! I parked here yesterday for two hours and ended up with 650 dollars worth of items stolen from my vehicle. And when you call them, they say you stepped off the property so its not their responsibility. I do not blame management but they need to make sure they hire proper personnel and not thieves. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

be careful parking here, the man made up a price and then on top of that "rounded up" the hours so I was charged more. I was able to get out of it with my credit card b/c I had dashcam footage proving my enter/deprature. Pay close attention to how much they are charging and get a receipt. Would recommend avoiding this headache all together.

I booked online, I showed up, they took my car, I came back and left. Easy and straightforward.

Not easy to find not cheap that’s parking in NYC right?
