Travers Mechanical and Controls

My apartment complex uses Travers and I have seen nothing but exceptional service from them. My most recent experience they were called out due to a leak. They fixed the issue at the complex the city came out to replace the valve at the street and they destroyed the work done by Travers. Travers was out today and refixed our complex. I would recommend them highly. Also personally for my apartment they have always been timely, efficient, courteous and respectful.

We had issues with toilets backing up in a business building we lease. We could not get anyone our right away! Travers were able to schedule for first thing in the morning. The tech, Bobby was here early and finished the job quickly! He even cleaned up after himself! Thank you Bobby! and Thank you Travers! Exodus Auto Sales appreciates you!

Driver from this company hit my car and then just left. My wife contacted the company after a witness told her what happened. Spoke to Hector and was told they would help pay for the damage and assist in the repair only then to be ghosted. Now I’m left with damage to my car due to a poor driver on their end.

Im a resident at the Chateau Apartments. The hot water heaters they provided doesn't work at all. They don't not want to repair the problems. So me and other residents have been without hot water. My community manger and maintenance man is doing everything they can to help us. But it's hard when company is not on time for appointments and not fixing the problems the first time. Horrible company and service.

Had Travers come and replace a heater gas valve in one of my units and when we got the bill for the job done.. It was 1300 dollars we inquired about the total and they said it was cause the tech got the wrong gas valve from the parts house and that he had to go back to get the right one after he tried to install the wrong one and said that the 2 hour charge to get the right one was charged to us so it took 6 hours to install a new gas valve instead of 3 hours.. I have exchanged many in my life and it takes me about 2 to 3 hours to do it right.. Why should I be charge for a tech not checking his part before leaving the parts house.. Very unprofessional way of up charging your customers.. Also I talked to Chad the Heating and Cooling supervisor and he said he would take a look at the invoice
