Ken Adams was terrific. He shared his knowledge of our system (40 years servicing) and knew why we were having problems with our HVAC system. Due to his experience with our particular unit, he was able to share modifications that would need to be addressed to correct cooling and humidity levels. Travis Refrigeration has serviced our AC unit since we bought our condo 7 years ago.
