We got prepaid tickets ParkWhiz and the QR code did not work at the entrance or exit. We ended up having to pay for another ticket to be able to get out. It seemed that other people were having the same issue, since there was a big line to get out and people were having trouble scanning their QR codes.

We used a third-party app to pay for parking. When entering, the machine was not able to accept a scan, so we called for help. We told them we had prepaid through a website, and they said to take a ticket and go through and take care of it at the end. Okay all good, we went to the concert, and upon getting back to the ramp and trying to enter on foot, the doors were locked, forcing us to call for help through the car enterance ( its like a garage door so we couldnt just walk in) they didn't answer. Luckily, someone with a badge pulled through said he'd 'been there before' and let us walk in behind him without answering why they would lock it with cars still here...
