If you are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable contractor to work with Treasure Valley Kitchen and Bath is a good one. We were dreading the process but Tony, Brian, Lisa, and Kalyn are pros and we are so pleased with the results. They gave us all the support we needed and made it look easy. I'm sure it isn't!! One thing we really appreciate is that they throw everything at their estimates which is really helpful. We're very grateful and look forward to working with them again in the future. I filled out the contact request form on TV-KB's website and received a call several days later apologizing for the delayed response. They explained they were having issues with their website not forwarding form submissions, which I completely understood as a small business owner myself. We scheduled an on-site quote with Tony for 930am on 03/06/2026. Unfortunately, he never showed up and there was no call, text, or email explaining the missed appointment. I followed up afterward to ask what happened and have not received any response. I understand that scheduling issues can happen, but completely missing an appointment without any communication and then ignoring follow-up messages is exceptionally unprofessional. Even if they ever do deign to reach back out, will not be hiring them.
