Adam and team were wonderful to work with, and the lights look amazing!! Communication was great with updates via text and email.

Love the lights, the ability to add music too, and eagerness to get our lights installed. We get lots of compliments! But since then, communication has fallen off and follow through isn’t there. I’ve been waiting for a final invoice and lifetime warranty info for over a month with a few unanswered texts. I know it’s busy season and respect that, but I should’ve received a reply of some sort or email with my requests within a month. Hopefully this isn’t a sign of what’s to come with our warranty.

The only positive is dealing with Adam, the installers, and the fact that they were willing to work with us on price. Otherwise, terrible experience. They initially said the install would be 2 weeks after we ordered them, but then a month went by and nothing (including no offer of a refund as they stated would happen) and I had to reach out 3 times to even find out what was going on. No follow-up despite saying they would do a quality check and teach us how to use the app (I had to reach out after waiting weeks to hear from them to schedule an instructional session), BeckyAnn seemed great until after funds were exchanged, they installed the WRONG LIGHTS (we wanted 12-inch and they installed 9-inch, which we clearly have marked on our order sheet). We are so excited to have found Treasure Valley Trimlight. They have an incredible product and the choices are endless. The staff is excellent and customer service was incredible! Thanks again!

Had the pleasure of working with these guys on a new construction build, they do some amazing work! I plan on having them put up trimlight on my own house after seeing the finished product!
