I can't say enough about our experience with Tre Cal builders. Eddie and all his staff did a phenomenal job. We had a 950 square feet 1980 fishing cabin basically. After taking off part of the house. They totally renovated 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, 1 bath was turned into a small office. They added 2400 square feet. Open kitchen, dinning room and living room. Huge sun room. Master bedroom, bedroom extension, master bathroom, laundry room and walk in closet. The communication with all his crews was awesome. Eddie kept our budget and time line for the build right in line and also went over on several changes/adds that I had without changing the contract price. Eddie Springer and his team are literally second to none. We contracted them to build an addition to our home that included additional plumbing for master bath and bedroom. Throughout the entire process, Eddie's communication was immediate and helpful. From the initial quoting process, through the entire build and finishing touches, I never once questioned that I had made the right choice. It was the easiest and best decision I've ever made concerning a large construction project. Could not have asked for a better company or customer service experience. A+

Eddie Springer and his team did a wonderful job on our newly remodeled bathroom. We hated our bathroom, and he came in and designed something we enjoy now. He was quick and easy to get in touch with. The price was just right for our budget as well. When we had our home inspected for a sale, he even came back fixed some things that the potential buyers did not like and complained about. I never received a bill, and his team was extremely fast meeting our needs even though it was an unexpected request by us to TRECAL Builders. Eddie Springer did a fabulous job on tiling my deck and correcting the water drainage issue. He returned my phones calls promptly, kept to his estimate, and finished on time, including follow up work after he was paid. I would call on him again for sure. He does what he says he is going to do. Rare these days.

Remodeled our small bathroom 2 years ago. Had to replace the tile work twice. Miss-measured the glass sliding door so had to wait two additional weeks for that. After the job was done, the shower leaked through the floor and the ceiling of the room below. Two months after, 2 drawers from the vanity fell out because didn't use enough screws on the tracks. The paint on said vanity blistered and peeled. They were very hesitant about taking responsibility and fixing the problems but did reluctantly. I had to re-paint and fix the vanity drawers myself. Also had to put the knobs on myself. Overall VERY dissatisfied with the job.
