Trees R Us is hands-down the best tree company I’ve worked with. From the first phone call to the final cleanup, everything was smooth and professional. The crew arrived on time, walked me through the plan, and made sure I understood exactly what they were going to do. They handled some large, tricky trees in my yard with absolute precision. What really impressed me was how careful they were around my property—no damage, no debris, and they cleaned up so well you’d never know heavy equipment was even there. Their pricing was fair, they worked quickly, and their customer service was excellent. If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and honest tree company, Trees R Us is the one. Highly recommended.

Had them out again today, this time to clean up a big beautiful pin oak. They are just the best at what they do. The work on the tree was great, can't wait to see it full of leaves this summer. They leave the yard cleaner than it was before they got here. To top it off, the whole crew is super polite, respectful and genuinely appreciative of the work. Was considering taking the whole tree down and I am so happy that we didn't. You get the quality that you are paying for.

Trees R Us has done a number of jobs at our house. I am always impressed buy their talent. The crew works together like a fine tuned watch, and it is like a Rolex. They are professional, friendly, very cautious and extremely energetic. The owner of the company is engaged with the workers, and it is obvious that they all like and respect each other. This is a really fine outfit; you will be extremely pleased with their work.

Trees R Us professionally removed a nightmare 110', very dead, oak tree with huge dead limbs overhanging a two story house. The tree trunk was right next to the house, a few feet away from an upstairs balcony. Trees R Us had exactly the right equipment for the job...a small and maneuverable, remote controlled spider lift. I ended up with about 8-10 estimates, and based on the size, location, and very deadness of the tree, several tree companies waved off on the job because they didn't have the equipment, or thought it was too dangerous. The Trees R Us 8-person crew showed up on schedule, on time. They cut the tree down, with no damage to the property. Trees R Us is a wonderful tree removal company and I would highly recommend them. Their team works like a well oiled machine and were able to take down a large pine tree that had been hit by lightning in a matter of several hours. They took extreme care in making sure the property was protected and that all debris was removed. My parents had always spoken highly of Bud, the owner, so when I moved back to Newport News I started using his tree service and now would not use any other tree service other than Trees R Us. I am editing this review to mention Tracy who answers the phone and calls regarding scheduling, she has been very professional/responsive and helpful providing excellent customer service.
