BEWARE!!!!!! You will not find worse customer service. The experience is horrific. I'll highlight a few things we've experienced. 1- August We paid and was told it would be 4-6 weeks. We called 4 weeks later for an update. They told us the Miami store transferred the order to the pompano store but no one notified the new store. 4 calls to talk to a manager for new ETA. New ETA 4-6 weeks. 2- Not exaggerating-Called for an update 4 weeks later. They had a problem with materials. Gave us a new delivery date of 12/8 which is 4 months after order. 3- Called 5 times week before complete date. No answer any time. 4- Went to the store to check on order on 12/8. Machine was down and delivery was pushed another week. Plenty other negative interactions. We still have not received the pavers, no

Yari and Shaneika always so very attention and education above the normal.

The employees were really helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They helped us finally make a decision on the pavers we wanted.

Awful customer service. I called for twelve 1” pavers to finish my front door threshold, after buying 3500, and they wanted me to buy an entire pallet. The "manager," Debbie, doesn’t listen to the customer and is unreasonable. Ridiculous attitude. Remember you are spending a LOT of money and you want to buy from reasonable people who care about their customers and stand behind the product they sell. Unfortunately, Tremron is NOT one of those companies. Source your pavers elsewhere.
